The Heart Behind Mama Claudia’s
Baking has always been part of Claudia’s family.
Growing up surrounded by French, Italian, and Venezuelan family traditions, she learned that food was never just about eating—it was about bringing people together.
By the age of nine, Claudia was already baking alongside her family, developing a passion that would eventually become her profession.
Years later, that same passion led her to open her own bakery in Florida, where she has been proudly serving customers since 2019.
Today, that same commitment to quality, family, and great food lives on through Mama Claudia’s.
Why Mama Claudia’s Exists
Part of the inspiration behind Mama Claudia’s came from Claudia’s mother, who lived with diabetes.
Claudia wanted her mother to enjoy the breads, cakes, and desserts she loved without feeling like she was settling for less.
Too often, better-for-you baked goods focus on what they remove.
Less sugar.
Less carbs.
Less gluten.
But somewhere along the way, they also lost the joy.
Mama Claudia’s was built on a simple belief:
Everyone deserves baked goods they can feel good about enjoying.
And because of that,
